، عَنِ
الأَغَرِّ بْنِ الصَّبَّاحِ
، عَنْ
خَلِيفَةَ بْنِ الْحُصَيْنِ
، عَنْ
قَيْسِ بْنِ عَاصِمٍ
، أَنَّهُ أَسْلَمَ ، " فَأَمَرَهُ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ يَغْتَسِلَ بِمَاءٍ وَسِدْرٍ "
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Qais bin Asim (may Allah be pleased with him) that when he accepted Islam, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) ordered him to perform ghusl (ritual bath) with water and lote tree (berry) leaves.
