جماع أبواب صدقة التطوعChapters on Voluntary Charity
(156) بَابُ اسْتِحْبَابِ إِتْيَانِ الْمَرْأَةِ زَوْجَهَا وَوَلَدَهَا بِصَدَقَةِ التَّطَوُّعِ عَلَى غَيْرِهِمْ مِنَ الْأَبَاعِدِ؛ إِذْ هُمْ أَحَقُّ بِأَنْ يُتَصَدَّقَ عَلَيْهِمْ مِنَ الْأَبَاعِدِ.156 Subchapter: Recommending a woman give voluntary charity to her husband and children over others
Hadith 2462
قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ: فِي خَبَرِ عِيَاضِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ ، فَقَالَ لَهَا النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " صَدَقَ ابْنُ مَسْعُودٍ ، زَوْجُكِ وَوَلَدُكِ أَحَقُّ مَنْ تَصَدَّقْتِ بِهِ عَلَيْهِمْ " ، فَهَذَا الْخَبَرُ دَالٌّ عَلَى أَنَّ بَنِيَّ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ الَّذِينَ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: فِي خَبَرِ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ: وَعَلَى بَنِيهِ ، كَانُوا بَنِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ مِنْ زَيْنَبَ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى ، وَزَكَرِيَّا بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبَانٍ ، قَالا: حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ، أَخْبَرَنِي زَيْدٌ وَهُوَ ابْنُ أَسْلَمَ ، عَنْ عِيَاضِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ .
Imam Abu Bakr, may Allah have mercy on him, says that in the narration of Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id, may Allah be pleased with him, the Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, said to her: "Ibn Mas'ud, may Allah be pleased with him, has spoken the truth. Your husband and your children are more deserving of your charity." This hadith is evidence that in the hadith of Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, regarding the children of Sayyiduna Ibn Mas'ud, may Allah be pleased with him, about whom the Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, said to give charity to those children, those children were from Sayyida Zainab, may Allah be pleased with her, the wife of Sayyiduna Ibn Mas'ud. (That is, they were the real sons of both of them.)
