لَيْسَ هَذَا الْخَبَرُ مِمَّا سَمِعَهُ عَمْرُو بْنُ دِينَارٍ، مِنْ جَابِرٍ- عِلْمِي
This report is not among what Amr ibn Dinar heard from Jabir—to my knowledge.
حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ آدَمَ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَنْصُورُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ الْمَوْصِلِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ يَعْنِي الطَّائِفِيَّ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ: " لَيْسَ عَلَى الرَّجُلِ الْمُسْلِمِ زَكَاةٌ فِي كَرَمِهِ ، وَلا زَرْعِهِ إِذَا كَانَ أَقُلَّ مِنْ خَمْسَةِ أَوْسُقٍ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with both of them) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "There is no zakat on a Muslim's grapes and grain if they are less than five wasq."
