جماع أبواب صدقة المواشي من الإبل والبقر والغنمChapters on Zakat of Livestock
(19) بَابُ ذِكْرِ الدَّلِيلِ عَلَى أَنَّ الصَّدَقَةَ إِنَّمَا تَجِبُ فِي الْإِبِلِ وَالْغَنَمِ فِي سِوَائِمِهَا دُونَ غَيْرِهِمَا، ضِدُّ قَوْلِ مَنْ زَعَمَ أَنَّ فِي الْإِبِلِ الْعَوَامِلِ صَدَقَةً.19| Chapter on the evidence that zakat is due only on freely grazing camels and sheep, not on working animals
Hadith 2265
فِي خَبَرِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ الصِّدِّيقِ : " وَصَدَقَةُ الْغَنَمِ فِي سَائِمَتِهَا إِذَا كَانَتْ أَرْبَعِينَ إِلَى عِشْرِينَ وَمِائَةِ شَاةٍ " ، قَدْ أَمْلَيْتُ قَبْلُ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الأَعْلَى الصَّنْعَانِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْمُعْتَمِرُ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ بِهَذَا
In the hadith of Sayyiduna Abu Bakr Siddiq (may Allah be pleased with him), it is stated that when the grazing goats are from forty to one hundred and twenty, then one goat is due as zakat. I have already written this hadith before.
