Imam Abu Bakr (may Allah have mercy on him) says that in the narration of Hazrat Talhah bin Ubaidullah, it is mentioned: "Is there any charity obligatory upon me besides Zakat?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "No, except that you give voluntary charity." And in the narration of Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him), it is mentioned that "a Bedouin came to the service of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and said: Tell me of an action, that if I act upon it, I will enter Paradise." In this narration, these words are mentioned: "You must pay the obligatory Zakat." And in this narration, the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever wishes to see a person of Paradise, let him look at this man." I have already written these two narrations in the previous pages of the book. And in the narration of Sayyiduna Abu Umamah (may Allah be pleased with him) from the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), these words are mentioned: "Perform the five daily prayers, fast in your month (the blessed month of Ramadan), pay the Zakat on your wealth, and obey your leader; you will enter the Paradise of your Lord."
