Hadith 2194
حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ ، عَنْ أَبِي دَاوُدَ ، حَدَّثَنَا عِمْرَانُ الْقَطَّانُ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي مَيْمُونَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لَيْلَةُ الْقَدْرِ لَيْلَةُ السَّابِعَةِ ، أَوِ التَّاسِعَةِ وَعِشْرِينَ ، وَإِنَّ الْمَلائِكَةَ تِلْكَ اللَّيْلَةَ أَكْثَرُ فِي الأَرْضِ مِنْ عَدَدِ الْحَصَى "
Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "Laylat al-Qadr is on the twenty-seventh or twenty-ninth night, and on that night the angels are more numerous than the number of pebbles."
