Hadith 1990
نا مُحَمَّدٌ ، وَإِبْرَاهِيمُ ، ابْنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَرْزُوقٍ الْبَاهِلِيَّانِ الْبَصْرِيَّانِ ، قَالا : حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الأَنْصَارِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " مَنْ أَفْطَرَ فِي شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ نَاسِيًا ، لا قَضَاءَ عَلَيْهِ وَلا كَفَّارَةَ " . هَذَا حَدِيثُ مُحَمَّدٍ . وَقَالَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ فِي حَدِيثِهِ : " مَنْ أَكَلَ أَوْ شَرِبَ فِي رَمَضَانَ نَاسِيًا ، فَلا قَضَاءَ عَلَيْهِ وَلا كَفَّارَةَ "
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever breaks his fast in Ramadan out of forgetfulness, then neither making up the fast nor expiation is obligatory upon him." This is the narration of Muhammad. In the narration of Ibrahim, these words are mentioned: "Whoever eats or drinks out of forgetfulness in Ramadan, then there is neither making up the fast nor expiation upon him."
