حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو هَاشِمٍ زِيَادُ بْنُ أَيُّوبَ ، وَالْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الزَّعْفَرَانِيُّ ، وَأَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنِيعٍ ، وَمُؤَمَلُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ ، قَالُوا : حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ وَهُوَ ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ , أَخْبَرَنَا أَيُّوبُ ، وَقَالَ الزَّعْفَرَانِيُّ ، وَمُؤَمَّلٌ ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " إِنَّمَا الشَّهْرُ تِسْعٌ وَعِشْرُونَ "
Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Indeed, the month can also be of twenty-nine days."
