Hadith 1882
حَدَّثَنِي عَلِيُّ بْنُ حُجْرٍ السَّعْدِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ جَعْفَرٍ ، نا أَبُو سُهَيْلٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " إِذَا جَاءَ شَهْرُ رَمَضَانَ ، فُتِحَتْ أَبْوَابُ الْجَنَّةِ ، وَغُلِّقَتْ أَبْوَابُ النَّارِ ، وَصُفِّدَتِ الشَّيَاطِينُ " . قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ : أَبُو سُهَيْلٍ عَمُّ مَالِكِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When the month of Ramadan comes, the gates of Paradise are opened, the gates of Hell are closed, and the devils are chained." Imam Abu Bakr (may Allah have mercy on him) says that Abu Suhail is the uncle of Sayyiduna Malik bin Anas (may Allah be pleased with him).
