Hadith 1815
نا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ السِّمْنَانِيُّ ، نا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يَزِيدَ ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ ، عَنْ أَبِي مَرْحُومٍ وَهُوَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَيْمُونٍ ، عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ مُعَاذِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ الْجُهَنِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " نَهَى عَنِ الْحِبْوَةِ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ , وَالإِمَامُ يَخْطُبُ "
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Mu'adh bin Anas al-Juhani, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade sitting with one's knees drawn up (hugging the knees) on Friday while the Imam is delivering the sermon.
