Hadith 1813
نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عن ابْنَ زُرَيْعٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَبِيبٌ الْمُعَلِّمُ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " يَحْضُرُ الْجُمُعَةَ ثَلاثَةٌ : رَجُلٌ يَحْضُرُهَا يَلْغُو , فَهُوَ حَظُّهُ مِنْهَا , وَرَجُلٌ حَضَرَهَا بِدُعَاءٍ , فَهُوَ رَجُلٌ دَعَا اللَّهَ , فَإِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ أَعْطَاهُ , وَإِنْ شَاءَ مَنَعَهُ , وَرَجُلٌ حَضَرَهَا بِوَقَارٍ وَإِنْصَاتٍ وَسُكُونٍ , وَلَمْ يَتَخَطَّ رَقَبَةَ مُسْلِمٍ , وَلَمْ يُؤْذِ أَحَدًا , فَهُوَ كَفَّارَةٌ لَهُ إِلَى الْجُمُعَةِ الَّتِي تَلِيهَا ، وَزِيَادَةُ ثَلاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ ؛ لأَنَّ اللَّهَ يَقُولُ : مَنْ جَاءَ بِالْحَسَنَةِ فَلَهُ عَشْرُ أَمْثَالِهَا سورة الأنعام آية 160 "
Sayyiduna Amr bin Aas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that he said: "Three types of people attend the Friday prayer. One is the person who attends the Friday prayer and engages in idle acts, so that is his share from the Friday. The second is the person who attends to supplicate to Allah Almighty. Therefore, if Allah wills, He grants him, and if He wills, He does not grant him. The third is the person who attends the Friday prayer with dignity, remains silent and calm, does not step over the necks of any Muslim, nor does he cause harm to anyone. For him, this becomes an expiation for the sins committed between this Friday and the previous Friday, and for three additional days. Because Allah Almighty has said « مَن جَاءَ بِالْحَسَنَةِ فَلَهُ عَشْرُ أَمْثَالِهَا » [ سورة الأنعام : 160 ] 'Whoever brings a good deed, he will have ten times its like as a reward.'"
