Sahih Ibn Khuzaymah

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "On the day of Jumu'ah, at every door of the mosque, two angels are appointed who write down the names of those who come first, in order. The reward for the one who comes first is like the reward of one who sacrifices a camel. Then the one who comes after him receives a reward like that of one who sacrifices a cow, and the next person receives a reward like that of one who sacrifices a goat. After that, the next person receives a reward like that of one who sacrifices a bird. The one who comes after that receives a reward like that of one who offers an egg as a sacrifice. Then, when the Imam sits on the pulpit, the registers are closed." In the narration of Janab Bundar, it is stated: "Then when (the Imam) sits, the registers are closed." And in the narration of Janab Ali bin Hujr, it is stated: "He offered the sacrifice of a bird." In the narration of Janab Ibn Buzay’, it is stated: "Then when the Imam arrives, the registers are closed."
