Hadith 1767
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُوسَى ، نا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ . ح وَحَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي يَزِيدَ ، نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عِيسَى ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ الْحَارِثِ ، عَنْ أَبِي الأَشْعَثِ الصَّنْعَانِيِّ ، عَنْ أَوْسِ بْنِ أَوْسٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنْ غَسَّلَ وَاغْتَسَلَ , ثُمَّ غَدَا وَابْتَكَرَ , وَجَلَسَ مِنَ الإِمَامِ قَرِيبًا , فَاسْتَمَعَ وَأَنْصَتَ ، كَانَ لَهُ مِنَ الأَجْرِ أَجْرُ سَنَةٍ , صِيَامُهَا وَقِيَامُهَا " . هَذَا حَدِيثُ أَبِي مُوسَى . وَفِي حَدِيثِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يُوسُفَ : " كَانَ لَهُ بِكُلِّ خُطْوَةٍ أَجْرُ سَنَةٍ صِيَامُهَا وَقِيَامُهَا "
Sayyiduna Aws bin Aws (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever causes someone to bathe and himself bathes, then goes early in the morning (to the mosque), sits near the Imam, listens to the sermon silently and attentively, he will receive the reward of a year’s fasting and night prayer (tahajjud)." This is the narration of Abu Musa, and in the narration of Muhammad bin Yusuf, it is stated: "For every step he takes, he will receive the reward of a year’s fasting and night prayer."
