(179) بَابُ اخْتِيَارِ صَلَاةِ الْمَرْأَةِ فِي أَشَدِّ مَكَانٍ مِنْ بَيْتِهَا ظُلْمَةً.179| Chapter on preferring a woman’s prayer in the darkest part of her house
Hadith 1691
نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى ، نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِيسَى ، نا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْهَجَرِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي الأَحْوَصِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " إِنَّ أَحَبَّ صَلاةٍ تُصَلِّيهَا الْمَرْأَةُ إِلَى اللَّهِ فِي أَشَدِّ مَكَانٍ فِي بَيْتِهَا ظُلْمَةً "
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The most beloved prayer to Allah from a woman is the one she performs in the darkest part of her house."
