جماع أبواب صلاة النساء فى الجماعةChapters on Women’s Prayer in Congregation
(176) بَابُ اخْتِيَارِ صَلَاةِ الْمَرْأَةِ فِي بَيْتِهَا عَلَى صَلَاتِهَا فِي حُجْرَتِهَا، إِنْ كَانَ قَتَادَةُ سَمِعَ هَذَا الْخَبَرَ مِنْ مُوَرِّقٍ.176| Chapter on preferring a woman’s prayer in her house over her prayer in her room, if Qatadah heard this from Muwarraq
Hadith 1688
نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ ، حَدَّثَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ عَاصِمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ مُوَرِّقٍ الْعِجْلِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي الأَحْوَصِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " صَلاةُ الْمَرْأَةِ فِي بَيْتِهَا أَعْظَمُ مِنْ صَلاتِهَا فِي حُجْرَتِهَا "
Sayyiduna Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates from the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that he (peace be upon him) said: "A woman's prayer in her inner room has more reward and merit than her prayer in her chamber (outer room, veranda)."
