(127) بَابُ افْتِتَاحِ غَيْرِ الطَّاهِرِ الصَّلَاةَ نَاوِيًا الْإِمَامَةَ وَذِكْرُهُ أَنَّهُ غَيْرُ طَاهِرٍ بَعْدَ الِافْتِتَاحِ،127| Chapter on starting the prayer as imam while not in a state of purity and remembering after starting
Hadith 1629
قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ : فِي خَبَرِ حَمَّادِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ زِيَادٍ الأَعْلَمِ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ افْتَتَحَ الصَّلاةَ ، ثُمَّ أَوْمَأَ إِلَيْهِمْ أَنْ مَكَانَكُمْ ، ثُمَّ دَخَلَ ، ثُمَّ خَرَجَ وَرَأْسُهُ يَقْطُرُ ، فَصَلَّى بِهِمْ . نا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الزَّعْفَرَانِيُّ ، نا يَحْيَى بْنُ عَبَّادٍ . ح وَحَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ أَيْضًا ، حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ . ح وَحَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الدَّوْرَقِيُّ ، نا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ ، قَالُوا : حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، زَادَ الدَّوْرَقِيُّ : فَلَمَّا سَلَّمَ ، أَوْ قَالَ : فَلَمَّا قَضَى صَلاتَهُ ، قَالَ : " إِنَّمَا أَنَا بَشَرٌ ، وَإِنِّي كُنْتُ جُنُبًا "
Janab Duraqi has narrated an addition in the words of the narration of Sayyiduna Abu Bakrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that when the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) finished the prayer or said, when he completed his prayer, he said: "Indeed, I am also only a human being (that is why I forgot), and I was in a state of impurity (janabah), (so when I remembered, I performed ghusl and then led the prayer)."
