إِنْ صَحَّ الْخَبَرُ؛ فَإِنَّ فِي الْقَلْبِ مِنْ هَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ؛ لِأَنَّ بَعْضَ أَصْحَابِ ابْنِ وَهْبٍ أَدْخَلَ بَيْنَ ابْنِ أَبِي هِلَالٍ وَبَيْنَ عِيَاضِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ فِي هَذَا الْخَبَرِ إِسْحَاقَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي فَرْوَةَ، رَوَاهُ ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْحَارِثِ وَلَسْتُ أَرَى الرِّوَايَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي فَرْوَةَ هَذَا
If the report is authentic; then there is something in the heart regarding this chain of narration; because some of the companions of Ibn Wahb inserted between Ibn Abi Hilal and ‘Iyad ibn ‘Abd Allah in this report Ishaq ibn ‘Abd Allah ibn Abi Farwah. It was narrated by Ibn Wahb from ‘Amr ibn al-Harith, and I do not consider the narration from Ibn Abi Farwah.
نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْحَكَمِ ، أَخْبَرَنَا أَبِي ، وَشُعَيْبٌ ، قَالا : أَخْبَرَنَا اللَّيْثُ ، وَحَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ هُوَ يَزِيدُ ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي هِلالٍ وَهُوَ سَعِيدٌ ، عَنْ عِيَاضِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ : " خَطَبَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَوْمًا فَقَرَأَ ص فَلَمَّا مَرَّ بِالسَّجْدَةِ نَزَلَ فَسَجَدَ ، وَسَجَدْنَا مَعَهُ ، وَقَرَأَ بِهَا مَرَّةً أُخْرَى ، فَلَمَّا بَلَغَ السَّجْدَةَ تَيَسَّرْنَا لِلسُّجُودِ ، فَلَمَّا رَآنَا قَالَ : " إِنَّمَا هِيَ تَوْبَةُ نَبِيٍّ ، وَلَكِنِّي أَرَاكُمْ قَدِ اسْتَعْدَدْتُمْ لِلسُّجُودِ " ، فَنَزَلَ وَسَجَدَ وَسَجَدْنَا
Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that one day the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) delivered a sermon to us. During the sermon, he recited Surah Sad. Then, when he recited the verse of prostration, he descended (from the pulpit) and performed prostration, and we also performed prostration with him. On another occasion, he recited it again, and when he reached the verse of prostration, we prepared to perform prostration. When the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) saw us ready, he said: "Indeed, this is the place of repentance of a prophet (Dawud, peace be upon him). But I saw you ready to perform prostration." Therefore, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) descended from the pulpit and performed prostration, and we also performed prostration.
