(658) بَابُ ذِكْرِ عِلَّةِ لِمَا تَنْكَسِفُ الشَّمْسُ إِذَا انْكَسَفَتْ، إِنْ صَحَّ الْخَبَرُ،658| Stated reason for the solar eclipse, if the report is authentic
Hadith 1401M
فَإِنِّي لَا أَخَالُ أَبَا قِلَابَةَ سَمِعَ مِنَ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ، وَلَا أَقِفُ أَلِقَبِيصَةَ الْبَجَلِيِّ صُحْبَةٌ أَمْ لَا؟
Bishr Taykah, if the narrated hadith in this chain is authentic, because I do not think that Abu Qilabah heard from Sayyiduna Nu'man bin Bashir (may Allah be pleased with him), and I have also not been able to find out whether Qabeesah is a companion or not.
