(601) بَابُ النَّهْيِ عَنِ الْمُرُورِ بِالسِّهَامِ فِي الْمَسَاجِدِ مِنْ غَيْرِ قَبْضٍ عَلَى نُصُولِهَاThe chapter on the prohibition of passing through the mosque with arrows unless holding the tips
Hadith 1317
نَا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ، نَا شُعَيْبٌ ، نَا اللَّيْثُ ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " أَنَّهُ أَمَرَ رَجُلا كَانَ يَتَصَدَّقُ بِالنَّبْلِ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ أَلا يَمُرَّ بِهَا إِلا وَهُوَ آخِذٌ بِنِصَالِهَا "
Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) instructed a man, who was distributing arrows in the mosque, to hold the arrowheads while passing through the mosque.
