(567) بَابُ إِبَاحَةِ صَلَاةِ التَّطَوُّعِ عَلَى الرَّاحِلَةِ فِي السَّفَرِ حَيْثُ تَوَجَّهَتْ بِالرَّاكِبِThe chapter on the permissibility of voluntary prayer on a mount during travel, wherever it faces
Hadith 1265
حَدَّثَنَا بُنْدَارٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الأَعْلَى ، نَا مَعْمَرٌ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَامِرٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ : رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " يُصَلِّي عَلَى رَاحِلَتِهِ حَيْثُ تَوَجَّهَتْ "
Sayyiduna ‘Amir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: I saw the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) praying on his mount, whichever direction it was facing.
