Hadith 1260
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي صَفْوَانَ الثَّقَفِيُّ ، نَا عَبْدُ السَّلامِ بْنُ هَاشِمٍ ، نَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ الْكَاتِبُ ، وَكَانَ لَهُ مَرُوءَةٌ وَعَقْلٌ ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ ، قَالَ : كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " لا يَنْزِلُ مَنْزِلا إِلا وَدَّعَهُ بِرَكْعَتَيْنِ "
Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that whenever the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) halted at any place, he would perform two rak'ahs before departing from there.
