Hadith 1180

Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) entered the mosque while a rope was tied between two pillars. The Prophet (peace be upon him) asked: "What is this?" The people present replied that it was the rope of Sayyidah Zaynab (may Allah be pleased with her). She prays, and when she becomes tired or sluggish, she holds onto it. The Prophet (peace be upon him) ordered: "Untie it." Then he said: "Any one of you should pray with energy and alertness, and when he becomes tired or sluggish, he should sit down (and rest)."
