(463) بَابُ فَضْلِ رَكْعَتَيِ الْفَجْرِ إِذْ هُمَا خَيْرٌ مِنَ الدُّنْيَا جَمِيعًاThe chapter on the virtue of the two units before Fajr, as they are better than the whole world
Hadith 1107
نَا بِشْرُ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ الْعَقَدِيُّ ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الأَعْلَى الصَّنْعَانِيُّ ، قَالا : حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ ، نَا سَعِيدٌ ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا بُنْدَارٌ ، وَيَحْيَى بْنُ حَكِيمٍ ، وَالدَّوْرَقِيُّ ، قَالُوا : حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ ، وَسُلَيْمَانَ التَّيْمِيِّ ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا هَارُونُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْهَمْدَانِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَةُ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ ، كِلاهُمَا عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ زُرَارَةَ بْنِ أَوْفَى ، عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ هِشَامٍ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " رَكْعَتَا الْفَجْرِ خَيْرٌ مِنَ الدُّنْيَا جَمِيعًا " وَقَالَ الصَّنْعَانِيُّ فِي رَكْعَتَيِ الْفَجْرِ : هُمَا خَيْرٌ مِنَ الدُّنْيَا جَمِيعًا . وَفِي حَدِيثِ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ ، قَالَ : " رَكْعَتَا الْفَجْرِ أَحَبُّ إِلَيَّ مِنَ الدُّنْيَا جَمِيعًا " . حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَسْلَمَ ، نَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُوسَى ، نَا إِسْرَائِيلُ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ نَحْوَهُ
Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The two (Sunnah) rak'ahs of Fajr are better than the whole world." San‘ani narrated these words regarding the two rak'ahs of Fajr prayer, that both rak'ahs are better than the entire world. San‘ani narrated these words regarding the two rak'ahs of Fajr, that both rak'ahs are better than the entire world. Yahya bin Sa‘id said in his narration that the two (Sunnah) rak'ahs of Fajr prayer are more beloved to me than the whole world.
