Hadith 7482
Sayyiduna Iyad bin Himar (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates this statement of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "The people of Hell are of five types: the weak person who is not cared about and who lives among you as a follower (obedient to others); he neither desires wife and children, nor wealth." (The narrator says) I asked: O Abu Abdullah! Will there be such people? He replied: Yes, by Allah! I found such people in the time of ignorance, who used to guard the tribe only so that through it he could commit adultery with a girl of that tribe." The person who deceives you morning and evening regarding your wife and wealth; the person from whom nothing remains hidden, he commits betrayal, no matter how small the thing may be. Then he (the Prophet) also mentioned lying and miserliness.

Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with both of them) narrates: I heard the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) saying this: I heard it with these two ears. He pointed towards both his ears and said this: (The Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, said:) "Allah Almighty will take some people out of Hell and admit them into Paradise." In Amr's narration, these are the words. A person said to him: Allah Almighty has said: "Those people will intend to come out of Hell but they will not be able to come out of it." So Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with both of them) said: You are taking a general meaning from a specific context. This is about the disbelievers; you should also recite the preceding part. He recited this: "Indeed, those who disbelieved, if they had all that is in the earth and the like of it with it and they offered it as ransom to save themselves from the punishment of the Day of Resurrection, it would not be accepted from them, and for them is a painful punishment. They will wish to come out of the Fire, but they will not be able to come out of it." This verse is for the disbelievers.
