Hadith 7481
أَخْبَرَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْهَمْدَانِيُّ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي عَامِرُ بْنُ الْعُقَيْلِيِّ ، أَنَّ أَبَاهُ أَخْبَرَهُ ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ ، يَقُولُ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " عُرِضَ عَلَيَّ أَوَّلُ ثَلاثَةٍ يَدْخُلُونَ النَّارَ : أَمِيرٌ مُسَلَّطٌ ، وَذُو ثَرْوَةٍ مِنْ مَالٍ لا يُؤَدِّي حَقَّ اللَّهِ ، وَفَقِيرٌ فَخُورٌ " .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Three types of people were presented before me who will enter Hell first: (one) a ruler who imposes himself, (second) a wealthy person who does not fulfill Allah's right, (third) a poor person who is arrogant."
