Hadith 7455
أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بِبُسْتٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ الْمَصَاحِفِيُّ سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ سَلْمٍ الْبَلْخِيُّ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنَا النَّضْرُ بْنُ شُمَيْلٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَوْفٌ ، عَنْ أَبِي رَجَاءٍ ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " اطَّلَعْتُ فِي النَّارِ فَرَأَيْتُ أَكْثَرَ أَهْلِهَا النِّسَاءُ ، وَاطَّلَعْتُ فِي الْجَنَّةِ فَرَأَيْتُ أَكْثَرَ أَهْلِهَا الْفُقَرَاءُ " .
Sayyiduna Imran bin Husain (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "I looked into Hell and I saw that the majority of its inhabitants were women. I looked into Hell and I saw that the majority were the poor."
