Hadith 7414
Sayyiduna Utbah bin Abdus Salami رضي الله عنه narrates: A Bedouin stood before the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم and asked, "How are the fruits of Paradise?" The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said, "In Paradise, there is a tree called Tuba." The Bedouin asked, "Which of our trees resembles it?" The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said, "None of the trees in your region resemble it. Have you been to Syria?" He replied, "No, O Messenger of Allah!" The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said, "In Syria, there is a tree called Jamizah. Its trunk is tied and then the upper part is opened." The Bedouin asked, "How large is the root of (that tree in Paradise)?" The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said, "If you were to saddle a young camel from among your household's camels and set it off, you would not be able to cross its root until the camel's bones break due to old age."
