Hadith 7381
أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ الشَّيْبَانِيُّ ، وَابْنُ قُتَيْبَةَ ، قَالا : حَدَّثَنَا عَبَّاسُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ الْبَجَلِيُّ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُهَاجِرٍ الأَنْصَارِيُّ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي الضَّحَّاكُ الْمَعَافِرِيُّ ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ مُوسَى ، عَنْ كُرَيْبٍ مَوْلَى ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ ، عَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ذَاتَ يَوْمٍ لأَصْحَابِهِ : " أَلا هَلْ مُشَمِّرٍ لِلْجَنَّةِ ، فَإِنَّ الْجَنَّةَ لا خَطَرَ لَهَا ، هِيَ وَرَبِّ الْكَعْبَةِ نُورٌ يَتَلأْلأُ ، وَرَيْحَانَةٌ تَهْتَزُّ ، وَقَصْرٌ مُشَيَّدٌ ، وَنَهْرٌ مُطَّرِدٌ ، وَفَاكِهَةٌ كَثِيرَةٌ نَضِيجَةٌ ، وَزَوْجَةٌ حَسْنَاءُ جَمِيلَةٌ ، وَحُلَلٌ كَثِيرَةٌ فِي مَقَامٍ أَبَدًا ، فِي حَبْرَةٍ وَنَضْرَةٍ ، فِي دَارٍ عَالِيَةٍ سَلِيمَةٍ بَهِيَّةٍ " ، قَالُوا : نَحْنُ الْمُشَمِّرُونَ لَهَا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، قَالَ : " قُولُوا : إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ " ، ثُمَّ ذَكَرَ الْجِهَادَ وَحَضَّ عَلَيْهِ .
Sayyiduna Usama bin Zaid (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said to his companions: Is there anyone preparing for Paradise? For Paradise is a thing for which there is no example. By the Lord of the Ka'bah, it is a light that is glittering. It is a flower that is waving. It is a palace that is well-connected. It is a river that is continuously flowing. There are fruits there, abundant and ripe, and wives who are beautiful and very fine garments. It is a place where one will reside forever. That place is lush, green, elevated, superior, safe and sound. The people said: O Messenger of Allah! We are prepared for it. The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Say, "In sha Allah" (If Allah wills). Then the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) mentioned Jihad and encouraged it.
