Hadith 7375
أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الأَزْدِيُّ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا الأَعْمَشُ ، عَنِ الْمَعْرُورِ بْنِ سُوَيْدٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " إِنِّي لأَعْرِفُ آخِرَ أَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ دُخُولا الْجَنَّةَ ، وَآخِرَ أَهْلِ النَّارِ خُرُوجًا مِنَ النَّارِ ، يُؤْتَى بِرَجُلٍ ، فَيُقَالُ : سَلُوهُ عَنْ صِغَارِ ذُنُوبِهِ ، وَدَعُوا كِبَارَهَا ، فَيُقَالُ لَهُ : عَمِلْتَ كَذَا وَكَذَا يَوْمَ كَذَا وَكَذَا ، وَعَمِلْتَ كَذَا وَكَذَا يَوْمَ كَذَا وَكَذَا ، فَيَقُولُ : يَا رَبِّ ، قَدْ عَمِلْتُ أَشْيَاءَ لا أَرَاهَا هَاهُنَا " ، قَالَ : فَلَقَدْ رَأَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ضَحِكَ حَتَّى بَدَتْ نَوَاجِذُهُ ، قَالَ : فَيُقَالُ لَهُ : فَإِنَّ لَكَ مَكَانَ كُلِّ سَيِّئَةٍ حَسَنَةً .
Sayyiduna Abu Dharr Ghifari (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "I know the very last person to enter Paradise and the very last person to come out of Hell. A man will be brought forth and it will be said: Take account of his minor sins and leave his major sins. Then he will be asked: Did you do such-and-such on such-and-such a day? Did you do such-and-such on such-and-such a day? He will say: O my Lord! There are some other deeds I did which I do not see here." The narrator says: Then I saw the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) smiling until his side teeth became visible. The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: It will be said to him: For every sin you have, you will be given a good deed in exchange.
