Hadith 7367
أَخْبَرَنَا أَخْبَرَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ بِسْطَامٍ بِالأُبُلَّةِ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَيْمُونٍ الْخَيَّاطُ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ ، عَنْ سُهَيْلِ بْنِ أَبِي صَالِحٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لَيَلْقَيَنَّ أَحَدُكُمْ رَبَّهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ ، فَيَقُولُ لَهُ : أَلَمْ أُسَخِّرْ لَكَ الْخَيْلَ وَالإِبِلَ ؟ أَلَمْ أَذَرْكَ تَرْأَسُ وَتَرْبَعُ ؟ أَلَمْ أُزَوِّجْكَ فُلانَةَ خَطَبَهَا الْخَطَّابُ ، فَمَنَعْتُهُمْ وَزَوَّجْتُكَ ؟ " .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Surely, each one of you will be presented before his Lord on the Day of Resurrection, and the Lord will say to him: Did I not subjugate horses and camels for you? Did I not make you affluent? Did I not marry you to such-and-such woman, to whom many people had sent marriage proposals, but I did not let them marry her and arranged your marriage with her?"
