أَخْبَرَنَا ابن خزيمة ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الأُمَوِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو الْعَنْبَسِ سَعِيدُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَتْنَا عَائِشَةُ ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ذَكَرَ فَاطِمَةَ ، قَالَتْ : فَتَكَلَّمْتُ أَنَا ، فَقَالَ : " أَمَا تَرْضَيْنَ أَنْ تَكُونِي زَوْجَتِي فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالآخِرَةِ ؟ " ، قُلْتُ : بَلَى وَاللَّهِ ، قَالَ : " فَأَنْتِ زَوْجَتِي فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالآخِرَةِ " . أبو الْعَنْبَسِ : كُوفِيٌّ .
Lady Aisha Siddiqa (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) mentioned Lady Fatimah (may Allah be pleased with her). Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: I began to speak, so the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Are you not pleased that you are my wife in this world and the Hereafter? I said: Yes, by Allah (I am pleased with this). So the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: You are my wife in this world and the Hereafter. (Imam Ibn Hibban, may Allah have mercy on him, says:) The narrator named Abu Anbas is a Kufan.
