Hadith 6970
أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ صَالِحٍ الأَزْدِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ ، عَنْ زِرٍّ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، قَالَ : كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " يُصَلِّي وَالْحَسَنُ وَالْحُسَيْنُ يَثِبَانِ عَلَى ظَهْرِهِ " ، فَيُبَاعِدُهُمَا النَّاسُ ، فَقَالَ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : دَعُوهُمَا ، بِأَبِي هُمَا وَأُمِّي " مَنْ أَحَبَّنِي فَلْيُحِبَّ هَذَيْنِ " .
Sayyiduna Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) was performing prayer when Sayyiduna Hasan (may Allah be pleased with him) and Sayyiduna Husayn (may Allah be pleased with him) climbed onto his back. The people tried to move them away, but the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Let them be, may my parents be sacrificed for them. Whoever loves me should also love these two.
