Hadith 6823
أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْمُثَنَّى ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَيْثَمَةَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَوْفٌ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الصِّدِّيقِ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " لا تَقُومُ السَّاعَةُ حَتَّى تَمْتَلِئَ الأَرْضُ ظُلْمًا وَعُدْوَانًا ، ثُمَّ يَخْرُجُ رَجُلٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ بَيْتِي أَوْ عِتْرَتِي ، فَيَمْلَؤُهَا قِسْطًا وَعَدْلا كَمَا مُلِئَتْ ظُلْمًا وَعُدْوَانًا " .
Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates this statement of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "The Hour will not be established until the earth is filled with oppression and enmity. Then a man from my Ahl al-Bayt (the narrator is in doubt, perhaps the words are: from my progeny) will emerge who will fill the earth with justice and fairness, just as it was previously filled with oppression."
