Hadith 6551
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ يُوسُفَ ، حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ آدَمَ ابْنِ بِنْتِ أَزْهَرَ السَّمَّانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ ، عَنْ عَوْفٍ ، عَنْ قَسَامَةَ بْنِ زُهَيْرٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ الأَشْعَرِيُّ : " لَمَّا نَزَلَتْ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : وَأَنْذِرْ عَشِيرَتَكَ الأَقْرَبِينَ سورة الشعراء آية 214 ، وَضَعَ أُصْبُعَيْهِ فِي أُذُنَيْهِ ، وَرَفَعَ صَوْتَهُ ، وَقَالَ : يَا بَنِي عَبْدِ مَنَافٍ " ، ثُمَّ سَاقَ الْخَبَرَ .
Sayyiduna Ash'ari (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: When this verse was revealed to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him): "And warn your closest relatives," the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) placed his two fingers in his ears and called out in a loud voice: "O Banu Abd Manaf." After that, the narrator narrated the hadith as previously mentioned.
