Hadith 6479
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْفَضْلِ الْكَلاعِيُّ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا كَثِيرُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ، عَنِ الزُّبَيْدِيِّ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ كَعْبِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ ، عَنْ كَعْبِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " يُبْعَثُ النَّاسُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ ، فَأَكُونُ أَنَا وَأُمَّتِي عَلَى تَلٍّ ، فَيَكْسُونِي رَبِّي حُلَّةً خَضْرَاءَ ، فَأَقُولُ : مَا شَاءَ اللَّهُ أَنْ أَقُولَ ، فَذَلِكَ الْمَقَامُ الْمَحْمُودُ " .
Sayyiduna Ka'b bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates this statement of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "On the Day of Resurrection, people will be raised. First of all, I and my Ummah will come upon a mound. My Lord will clothe me in a green garment, then whatever Allah wills, I will say at that time (words in praise of Allah). This is the Maqam-e-Mahmood (the Praised Station)."
