Hadith 6473
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السَّامِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ الْمَقَابِرِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا إِِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنِي حُمَيْدٌ الطَّوِيلُ ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " دَخَلْتُ الْجَنَّةَ ، فَإِِذَا أَنَا بِنَهَرٍ يَجْرِي ، بَيَاضُهُ بَيَاضُ اللَّبَنِ ، وَأَحْلَى مِنَ الْعَسَلِ ، وَحَافَّتَاهُ خِيَامُ اللُّؤْلُؤِ ، فَضَرَبْتُ بِيَدِي ، فَإِِذَا الثَّرَى مِسْكٌ أَذْفَرُ ، فَقُلْتُ لِجِبْرِيلَ : مَا هَذَا ؟ فَقَالَ : هَذَا الْكَوْثَرُ الَّذِي أَعْطَاكَهُ اللَّهُ " .
Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates this statement of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "I entered Paradise and there was a river flowing there, whose water was white like milk and sweeter than honey. On both its banks were tents made of pearls. I touched its soil and it was like musk. I asked Sayyiduna Jibreel (peace be upon him): What is this? He replied: This is the Kawthar which Allah Almighty has granted to you (peace and blessings be upon him)."
