Hadith 6462
أَخْبَرَنَا إِِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِِبْرَاهِيمَ بِبُسْتَ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ حَمَّادٍ بِالْبَصْرَةِ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " أُعْطِيتُ خَمْسًا لَمْ يُعْطَهُنَّ أَحَدٌ قَبْلِي : بُعِثْتُ إِِلَى الأَحْمَرِ وَالأَسْوَدِ ، وَأُحِلَّتْ لِيَ الْغَنَائِمَ وَلَمْ تَحِلَّ لأَحَدٍ قَبْلِي ، وَنُصِرْتُ بِالرُّعْبِ ، فَيُرْعَبُ الْعَدُوُّ مِنْ مَسِيرَةِ شَهْرٍ ، وَجُعِلَتْ لِيَ الأَرْضُ طَهُورًا وَمَسْجِدًا ، وَقِيلَ لِي : سَلْ تُعْطَهْ ، وَاخْتَبَأْتُ دَعْوَتِي شَفَاعَةً لأُمَّتِي فِي الْقِيَامَةِ ، وَهِيَ نَائِلَةٌ إِِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ لِمَنْ لَمْ يُشْرِكْ بِاللَّهِ شَيْئًا " .
Sayyiduna Abu Dharr Ghifari (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "I have been given five things which were not given to anyone before me. I have been sent to the red and the black (i.e., all of mankind). The spoils of war have been made lawful for me, which were not made lawful for anyone before me. I have been helped through awe; the enemy is overcome with fear from a distance of one month's journey. The entire earth has been made a means of purification and a place of prayer for me. And it was said to me: Ask, and you will be given. So I have reserved my supplication for the intercession of my Ummah on the Day of Resurrection. If Allah wills, this supplication will be granted to everyone who does not associate anyone with Allah."
