Hadith 6288
أَخْبَرَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ الْمِنْهَالِ ، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُعَاذِ بْنِ مُعَاذٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ ، قَالَ : سَأَلْتُ جَابِرَ بْنَ سَمُرَةَ عَنْ صِفَةِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فَقَالَ : كَانَ " أَشْكَلَ الْعَيْنَيْنِ ، ضَلِيعَ الْفَمِ ، مَنْهُوسَ الْعَقِبِ " .
Simak bin Harb narrates: I asked Sayyiduna Jabir bin Samurah (may Allah be pleased with him) about the appearance of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), so he said: The eyes of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) were white, with red streaks in them, his mouth was wide, and there was little flesh on his heels.
