Hadith 6216
أَخْبَرَنَا أَخْبَرَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ سَعِيدِ بْنِ سِنَانٍ الطَّائِيُّ بِمَنْبِجَ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَامِدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الْبَلْخِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُطَرِّفُ بْنُ طَرِيفٍ ، وَعَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ أَبْجَرَ شَيْخَانِ صَالِحَانِ ، سَمِعَا الشَّعْبِيَّ ، يَقُولُ : سَمِعْتُ الْمُغِيرَةَ بْنَ شُعْبَةَ ، يَقُولُ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " إِِنَّ مُوسَى سَأَلَ رَبَّهُ : أَيُّ أَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ أَدْنَى مَنْزِلَةً ؟ ، قَالَ : رَجُلٌ يَجِيءُ بَعْدَمَا يَدْخُلُ ، يَعْنِي : أَهْلَ الْجَنَّةِ ، الْجَنَّةَ ، فَيُقَالُ : ادْخُلِ الْجَنَّةَ ، فَيَقُولُ : كَيْفَ أَدْخَلُ الْجَنَّةَ وَقَدْ نَزَلَ النَّاسُ مَنَازِلَهُمْ ، وَأَخَذُوا أَخَذَاتِهِمْ ؟ ، فَيَقُولُ لَهُ : أَتَرْضَى أَنْ يَكُونَ لَكَ مِنَ الْجَنَّةِ مِثْلُ مَا كَانَ لِمَلِكٍ مِنْ مُلُوكِ الدُّنْيَا ؟ ، فَيَقُولُ : نَعَمْ أَيْ رَبِّ ، فَيُقَالُ : لَكَ هَذَا وَمِثْلُهُ ، وَمِثْلُهُ ، وَمِثْلُهُ ، فَيَقُولُ : أَيْ رَبِّ ، رَضِيتُ ، فَيُقَالُ لَهُ : إِِنَّ لَكَ هَذَا وَعَشَرَةَ أَمْثَالِهِ ، فَيَقُولُ : أَيْ رَبِّ ، رَضِيتُ ، فَيُقَالُ لَهُ : لَكَ مَعَ هَذَا مَا اشْتَهَتْ نَفْسُكَ ، وَلَذَّتْ عَيْنُكَ ، وَسَأَلَ رَبَّهُ : أَيُّ أَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ أَرْفَعُ مَنْزِلَةً ؟ ، قَالَ : سَأُحَدِّثُكَ عَنْهُمْ ، غَرَسْتُ كَرَامَتَهُمْ بِيَدِي ، وَخَتَمْتُ عَلَيْهَا ، فَلا عَيْنٌ رَأَتْ ، وَلا أُذُنٌ سَمِعَتْ ، وَلا خَطَرَ عَلَى قَلْبِ بَشَرٍ ، وَمِصْدَاقُ ذَلِكَ فِي كِتَابِ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى : فَلا تَعْلَمُ نَفْسٌ مَا أُخْفِيَ لَهُمْ مِنْ قُرَّةِ أَعْيُنٍ سورة السجدة آية 17 " .
Sayyiduna Mughirah bin Shu’bah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated on the pulpit the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): Sayyiduna Musa (peace be upon him) asked his Lord, “Which person among the people of Paradise will have the lowest rank in Paradise?” Allah Almighty replied: He will be a person who will come after the people of Paradise have entered Paradise, and it will be said to him: “Go, enter Paradise.” He will say, “How can I enter Paradise when the people have already taken their places and received their shares?” Then the Lord will ask him: “Are you not pleased that you should have as much in Paradise as a worldly king possessed?” He will say, “Yes, my Lord, I am pleased.” Then it will be said: “You will have that and as much again, and as much again, and as much again (i.e., three times more).” He will say, “My Lord, I am pleased.” Then it will be said: “You will have ten times as much.” He will say, “My Lord, I am pleased.” Then it will be said: “You will have, along with it, whatever your soul desires and whatever delights your eyes.” Then Sayyiduna Musa (peace be upon him) asked his Lord, “Who will be the person of the highest rank among the people of Paradise?” The Lord replied: “I will tell you about them. I have honored them with My own Hand of Power and sealed it (for them are such blessings) that no eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no human heart has ever conceived.” Its confirmation is found in the Book of Allah (in these words): “No soul knows what has been hidden for them of comfort for their eyes.”
