Hadith 6155
أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ قُتَيْبَةَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي السَّرِيِّ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " خُلِقَتِ الْمَلائِكَةُ مِنْ نُورٍ ، وَخُلِقَ الْجَانُّ مِنْ نَارٍ ، وَخُلِقَ آدَمُ مِمَّا قَدْ وُصِفَ لَكُمْ " .
Sayyidah Aisha Siddiqa (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The angels were created from light, the jinn were created from fire, and humans were created from that which has been described to you."
