Section on the Beginning of Creation - Allah has set causes for His decrees
Hadith 6151
أَخْبَرَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدُ بْنُ مُسَرْهَدٍ ، عَنْ إِِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ إِِبْرَاهِيمَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ ، عَنْ أَبِي الْمَلِيحِ بْنِ أُسَامَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي عَزَّةَ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ : " إِِذَا أَرَادَ اللَّهُ قَبْضَ عَبْدٍ بِأَرْضٍ جَعَلَ لَهُ فِيهَا حَاجَةً " .
Sayyiduna Abu Azza (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say: "When Allah Almighty intends to seize the soul of a servant in a certain land, He creates some work for that servant in that area."
