ذكر الخبر المدحض قول من زعم أن هذه السنة اختلف على أبي هريرة فيها ونفى صحتها أصلا-
Refuting those who claim there is disagreement on this narration from Abu Huraira
Hadith 6117
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْجُنَيْدِ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ ، عَنْ سِمَاكٍ ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لا طِيَرَةَ ، وَلا هَامَةَ ، وَلا عَدْوَى ، وَلا صَفَرَ " ، فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، إِنَّا لَنَأْخُذُ الشَّاةَ الْجَرْبَاءَ ، فَنَطْرَحُهَا فِي الْغَنَمِ ، فَتَجْرَبُ الْغَنَمُ ؟ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " فَمَنْ أَعْدَى الأَوَّلَ ؟ " .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "There is no reality in tiyarah (superstitious omen), haamah (the belief in the owl as a bad omen), contagiousness, or Safar." A man asked, "O Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him)! We take a scab-ridden goat and leave it among the herd, and then the other goats also become scab-ridden." The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "Who afflicted the first one with scabies?"
