ذكر البيان بأن الله جل وعلا نفى أخذ المرء المسلم ميراثه من النسب ممن ليس على دين الإسلام-
A Muslim cannot inherit from a non-Muslim relative
Hadith 6033
أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو يَعْلَى ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَيْثَمَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ حُسَيْنٍ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ عُثْمَانَ ، عَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ ، يَبْلُغُ بِهِ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " لا يَرِثُ الْمُسْلِمُ الْكَافِرَ ، وَلا الْكَافِرُ الْمُسْلِمَ " .
Sayyiduna Usamah bin Zaid (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: He came to know of this hadith of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "No Muslim will inherit from a disbeliever, and no disbeliever will inherit from a Muslim."
