ذكر الأمر لأصحاب السهام فريضتهم وإعطاء العصبة باقي المال بعده-
Heirs receive their prescribed shares, and the remainder goes to male relatives
2 ذكر الخبر المدحض قول من زعم أن هذا الخبر تفرد به روح بن القاسم ووهيب بن خالد-Refuting those who claim this narration is unique to Ruh ibn al-Qasim and Wahib ibn Khalid
3 ذكر الخبر المدحض قول من زعم أن رفع هذا الخبر تفرد به عبد الرزاق عن معمر-Refuting those who claim only ‘Abd al-Razzaq narrated this from Ma‘mar
4 ذكر وصف ما تعطى الجدة من الميراث-Description of the grandmother’s share in inheritance
5 ذكر الإخبار بأن من استهل من الصبيان عند الولادة ورثوا وورثوا واستحقوا الصلاة عليهم-Children who cry at birth inherit and deserve funeral prayer
6 ذكر البيان بأن الله جل وعلا نفى أخذ المرء المسلم ميراثه من النسب ممن ليس على دين الإسلام-A Muslim cannot inherit from a non-Muslim relative
7 ذكر البيان بأن الأخوات مع البنات يكن عصبة-Sisters with daughters become agnates (take the remainder)
