ذكر إباحة وصية المرء وهو في بلد ناء إلى الموصي إليه في بلد آخر-
Permissibility of making a will to someone in a distant land
Hadith 6027
أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ خُزَيْمَةَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الذُّهْلِيُّ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ كَثِيرِ بْنِ عُفَيْرٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ ، عَنِ ابْنِ مُسَافِرٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ : " هَاجَرَ عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ جَحْشٍ بِأُمِّ حَبِيبَةَ بِنْتِ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ وَهِيَ امْرَأَتُهُ إِلَى أَرْضِ الْحَبَشَةِ ، فَلَمَّا قَدِمَ أَرْضَ الْحَبَشَةِ مَرِضَ ، فَلَمَّا حَضَرَتْهُ الْوَفَاةُ : أَوْصَى إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، " فَتَزَوَّجَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أُمَّ حَبِيبَةَ وَبَعَثَ مَعَهَا النَّجَاشِيُّ شُرَحْبِيلَ ابْنَ حَسَنَةَ " .
Lady Aisha Siddiqa (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: Ubaidullah bin Jahsh migrated to Abyssinia with his wife Umm Habibah bint Abu Sufyan (may Allah be pleased with her). When they reached Abyssinia, he became ill. When his death approached, he made a will regarding the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him). After that, the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) married Lady Umm Habibah (may Allah be pleased with her). Najashi sent Lady Umm Habibah (may Allah be pleased with her) (from Abyssinia to Madinah Munawwarah) along with Sayyiduna Shurahbil bin Hasanah (may Allah be pleased with him).
