ذكر الإخبار باستواء الأصابع عند قطعها في الحكم بأن في كل واحدة منها عشرا من الإبل-
All fingers are equal in blood money—ten camels for each
Hadith 6013
أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو يَعْلَى ، حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْجَعْدِ ، أَخْبَرَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ غَالِبٍ التَّمَّارِ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ مَسْرُوقَ بْنَ أَوْسٍ يُحَدِّثُ ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا مُوسَى الأَشْعَرِيَّ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " الأَصَابِعُ سَوَاءٌ " ، قُلْتُ : عَشْرٌ عَشْرٌ ؟ قَالَ : " نَعَمْ " .
Sayyiduna Abu Musa Ash'ari (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates this statement of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him): "The blood money for all fingers is equal." I asked: "Ten, ten (camels)?" The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Yes."
