Hadith 5992
أَخْبَرَنَا زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السَّاجِيُّ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى ، قَالا : حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ " أَنَّ يَهُودِيًّا قَتَلَ جَارِيَةً عَلَى أَوْضَاحٍ لَهَا ، قَتَلَهَا بِحَجَرٍ ، قَالَ : فَجِيءَ بِهَا ، وَبِهَا رَمَقٌ ، قَالَ لَهَا : أَقَتَلَكِ فُلانٌ ؟ فَأَشَارَتْ بِرَأْسِهَا أَنْ لا ، ثُمَّ قَالَ لَهَا الثَّانِيَةَ ، فَأَشَارَتْ بِرَأْسِهَا أَنْ لا ، ثُمَّ سَأَلَهَا الثَّالِثَةَ ، فَقَالَتْ : نَعَمْ ، وَأَشَارَتْ بِرَأْسِهَا ، فَقَتَلَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَيْنَ حَجَرَيْنِ " .
Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: A Jew killed a girl because of a necklace; he killed her with a stone. The girl was brought (to the Prophet) and there was still a little life left in her. The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) asked the girl: "Did so-and-so kill you?" She replied by shaking her head: "No." Then he asked her a second time, and she again shook her head: "No." Then he asked her about a third person, and she indicated with her head: "Yes." So the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) had the (Jewish killer) placed between two stones and had him killed.
