Section on Crimes - The son of Adam bears the sin of those who kill after him if he set the precedent
Hadith 5983
أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو يَعْلَى ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَيْثَمَةَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُرَّةَ الْهَمْدَانِيِّ ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَا مِنْ نَفْسٍ تُقْتَلُ ظُلْمًا إِلا كَانَ عَلَى ابْنِ آدَمَ الأَوَّلِ كِفْلٌ مِنْ دَمِهَا ، لأَنَّهُ أَوَّلُ مَنْ سَنَّ الْقَتْلَ " .
Sayyiduna Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever is killed unjustly, then the son of Sayyiduna Adam (peace be upon him) also has a share in his blood, because he was the first to initiate the way of killing."
