Hadith 5962
Sayyiduna Abu Musa Ash'ari (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Before the Day of Judgment, there will be some tribulations like pieces of a dark night. In them, a man will be a believer in the morning and become a disbeliever by evening, and in the evening he will be a believer and become a disbeliever by morning. In that time, the one who is sitting will be better than the one who is standing, and the one who is standing will be better than the one who is walking, and the one who is walking will be better than the one who is running. You should break your bows, cut your bowstrings (i.e., what is tied on the bow), and strike your swords on stones. If someone enters his house (to kill him), he should be like the better of the two sons of Adam."
