ذكر أمر المصطفى صلى الله عليه وسلم بأكل لحوم الضحايا بعد ثلاث نسخا لما تقدم من نهيه صلى الله عليه وسلم عنه-
The Prophet later allowed eating sacrificial meat after three days, abrogating the previous prohibition
Hadith 5925
أَخْبَرَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ سَعِيدِ بْنِ سِنَانٍ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ الْمَكِّيِّ ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ أَنَّهُ أَخْبَرَهُ ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " نَهَى عَنْ أَكْلِ لُحُومِ الضَّحَايَا بَعْدَ ثَلاثٍ ، ثُمَّ قَالَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ : كُلُوا وَتَزَوَّدُوا وَادَّخِرُوا " .
Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: At first, the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade eating the meat of the sacrifice after three days. After that, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Eat (the meat of the sacrifice), take it as provision for the journey, and store it as well.
